Courtyards and squares, which are indispensable elements of European urban architecture, are indispensable for city life. The courtyard concept, which offers the opportunity to relax and socialize in the city while bringing together shopping, dining and resting places, is reinterpreted in a modern way in this project.
The ground floor, which can be accessed via Halaskargazi Street, is designed as a semi-open public space with a restaurant, cafe, seating areas and street connections. Natural stones on the ground, benches, native plant landscape and installations enriched with flora helped to create a breathing and living courtyard where indoor and outdoor are intertwined. The transparent eaves in this area offer both maximum use of sunlight and a well-lit and modern atmosphere to all floors by the uninterrupted flow of light to the lower floors.
